set a day to reset and reorganize because you deserve it (indulge in quiet time, watch a show, treat yourself, create grocery lists, set up appointments, or commit to no commitments)
dress in your favorite or most comfortable clothing
create a skin-care routine (have you heard of a gua sha?)
practice affirmations or manifestations (& more options)
step outside for some fresh air or take a walk. find a way to move your body
talk to a loved one
prioritize your sleep (always easier said than done. . .)
drink water
